Introduction
I'm Alexander Horner, a software engineer based in Hamburg, Germany, pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Hamburg University of Technology. I build web applications with a focus on clear interfaces, maintainable systems, and the frontend and backend work needed to ship complete features.
At AKRA, I work on client-facing features with Vue, Nuxt, and Go in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Before that, at Auctores, I contributed to customer websites and internal product development, including a visual tool for modeling relational databases and CMS structures. I care about software that feels thoughtful to use and stays easy for teams to work on.
"Good software should be easy to use and easy to work on."
